What you give us. Your name and mobile number when you submit any form or unlock the price list, floor plans, gallery, maps or film. Optionally your email address and the configuration you are considering.

What we collect automatically. When you open or use this page we record:

• Your IP address, and the approximate city, region, country and internet service provider derived from it
• Your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), screen size, browser language, browser time zone and browser user-agent string
• Advertising click identifiers — Google gclid, gbraid, wbraid, Meta fbclid — and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you arrived on
• A randomly generated browser identifier stored in a cookie, which does not identify you by name
• A counter of how many times you have arrived here from one of our paid advertisements
• The page address you submitted from, and the date and time your consent was given

We do not collect financial information, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this site.

To call, WhatsApp or email you about The Prestige City and to send you the price list, floor plans, cost sheet and brochure you asked for; to arrange a site visit; to record your enquiry in our own customer records.

The automatically collected information is used to measure which advertisements produce genuine enquiries, to detect invalid or automated clicks on our advertisements so that we are not billed for them, and to keep the site working correctly.

Because this site is advertised on Google Ads and Meta, we use these signals to report conversions back to those platforms. We never send your name, mobile number or email address in a page address.

Your enquiry is shared with the developer or their authorised sales team, so that your booking can be registered against Viraaj Realtors as the channel partner.

We also use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, for measurement and advertising
• Meta — Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement
• ipapi.co and ipify.org — to resolve approximate location from an IP address
• Hostinger — our website and email hosting provider

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or by a court.

Enquiries are stored on our website server, in our email, and in our own customer records. Advertising click records — IP address, click identifiers, device and approximate location, held for invalid-click detection — are kept for 60 days and then deleted.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are reasonably in touch with you about a property purchase, and are deleted on request.

This site uses first-party cookies and your browser's local storage for:

• A campaign attribution cookie recording the click identifier and UTM parameters you arrived with, kept for 90 days
• A randomly generated browser identifier, kept for 12 months
• An advertisement click counter, kept for 12 months
• A record that you have already unlocked the gated content, and your name and mobile number, so you are not asked twice on the same device

Google Tag Manager may set further cookies for Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; parts of this site may then ask you for your details again.

Note that if you have given consent through a form on this site, we may contact you about this project even if your number is registered under DND / NDNC, until you withdraw that consent.
